1. Domestic Orders (Within India)

We offer returns and exchanges for our domestic customers only under specific conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged or incomplete.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate your request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Mandatory Video Proof: To process an exchange or return, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or incomplete product. Without a video, we will be unable to process your request. Mention your order number and your contact number in email.

2. International Orders (Outside India)

  • No Return or Exchange: Please note that we do not offer any returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of India.

  • All international orders undergo a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

  • After Shipping: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner and shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
